What is the difference between the Free and PRO versions?

The Free version is designed to let you test the plugin on your site and allows you to display up to 6 real-time property listings from your AppFolio account. Upgrading to the PRO version unlocks unlimited listing displays, advanced customization options, premium layouts (like the Hawk Template with integrated Google Maps), and sliders/carousels to beautifully showcase your properties.

Is there a limit to how many properties I can display on the PRO plan?

No. Unlike the Free version which caps at 6 listings, the PRO version allows you to display your entire residential and commercial property portfolio on your WordPress site with absolutely no limitations.

Can I use one license for multiple websites?

License usage depends on the plan you purchase. We offer Single-Site Licenses for individual property managers, as well as Multi-Site/Agency packages if you manage multiple web domains. Please choose the plan that best fits your portfolio size from Pricing Table.

Do you offer a free trial for the PRO features?

We do not offer a traditional free trial, but you can download and use our Free version from the WordPress repository for as long as you like. When you are ready for unlimited listings, advanced layouts, and deeper design control, you can instantly upgrade to PRO.

Are there any hidden fees or per-unit costs?

Absolutely not. Unlike AppFolio's software which charges you scaled per-unit monthly fees, our pricing is flat and transparent. You pay a predictable fee for the plugin license, regardless of how many vacancies or properties you are syncing.

How do renewals work?

To ensure your listings continue syncing seamlessly and to keep receiving critical security and feature updates, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of your billing cycle. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
